Our nightly rate is $19,950 for the first 8 guests, with an additional $1,200 per person per night for each guest over 8, up to a maximum of 22 guests. Children under 5 stay complimentary. This rate includes your luxurious accommodation, all meals prepared by our multi-award-winning chef Zeb Gilbert, non-alcoholic beverages, access to the island’s extensive facilities including a 500,000-litre pool, 15-seater spa, tennis court, gym, walking trails, boat transfers along the Noosa River, twice daily housekeeping, and an exceptional array of inclusive activities such as cooking classes, arts and craft activities for kids, sunset river cruises, river fishing, and much more.
These rates are the same across the full year, with the exception of the last two weeks of December and the first three of January when they increase by a further 30%.
